Overview
The 108 Emergency Response Service is a free, government-supported emergency medical service available 24×7 across Andhra Pradesh. We operate a dual-service model combining a dedicated Call Center infrastructure with a comprehensive ambulance fleet. Our dedicated call centers handle emergency dispatch while our fleet of Advanced Life Support (ALS) vehicles and trained EMTs provide rapid medical assistance during medical, trauma, and obstetric emergencies. With presence across all districts of AP, our mission is to reach every patient as quickly as possible and provide quality pre-hospital care through our integrated call centers and high-tech command infrastructure.

Trained EMTs perform rapid assessments and evidence-based stabilization, with 24/7 access to Emergency Response Centre Physicians (ERCP) for critical clinical guidance.
Continuous Clinical Care & Safe Transport
Safe transportation to the nearest appropriate facility with uninterrupted patient monitoring and medical support throughout the transit. Professional handover at hospital ensures continuity of care.
